The JH Motorsports Short Throw Shifter is the new generation of short shift kits for your Audi. These shifters were designed with the true race and aggressive street driver in mind, to offer enhanced feel and elimination of the excess "slop" felt while shifting.
This is a demonstration of the reduction of
"slop" with the JHM "solid" short throw shifter. Test performed
while in 4th gear with medium pressure applied.
(This is the only way to show the flex from
the stock rubber slider bushings and the rubber/plastic pivot ball
assembly.)
NOTE: The only slop existing comes from the actual shift rods.

***NOTE: Shifters come with 2 short throw settings and are also compatible with OEM shifter knobs.. They normally retain stock height to aid in shifting
