"Good Experience"
Had a very good experience at Avalon. It wasn’t perfect, but I will use them again. Called and scheduled an oil change for my Porsche Cayenne S. Was quoted a price and after arriving was informed that the quote was for a 6 cylinder not the 8, but that it would be honored (still cheaper than the dealer). Told it would be about 45 miutes. It turned out to be 1 1/2 hours (a heads up about the extra time it would take would have been nice). But to their credit they did do a complete inspection and found a low voltage fault code and checked the battery and charging system. They gave me coupons to cover the extra done and I was out the door with the quoted price.
